I've been a full-time licensed Realtor/Broker since 1994, primarily serving Buyers and Homeowners while with a brokerage in Maywood and a brokerage in LaGrange through 2007.

 

In 2008, I transitioned into the Investment arena while with United Real Estate, and helped with the purchasing, rehabbing, managing and/or sale of properties, and all tenant leasing/management until mid 2018. 

 

In July of 2019, I moved to Coldwell Banker Stratford Place in Westchester to assist Homeowners and Buyers to achieve the best outcomes respectively.  With my extensive knowledge and contacts in the remodeling industry, I can help owners in getting the maximum return on improvements prior to marketing their home (although you may not want to sell afterwards) and help new Homebuyers update according to their needs.
